How do I list my property for sale or rent?

Sign in or register, then go to "My Properties" and click "Add New". Fill in the property details, location, price, and photos. Submit for review; once approved, your listing will go live.

What documents do I need to list a property?

You typically need a valid ID and proof of ownership or authority to list (e.g. sale deed, NOC, or owner authorization). For some categories, additional documents may be requested by the admin.

How can I contact a property owner or agent?

On each listing you can use the Email, Call, or WhatsApp buttons in the contact card. Ensure you are logged in to send an email; phone numbers are shown if the lister has not hidden them.

Is there a fee to browse or contact listings?

Browsing and viewing listings are free. Contacting owners or agents (email, call, WhatsApp) is also free. Fees may apply only if you choose to list your own property under a paid plan or use premium features.

How do I download the Brochure, Floor Plan or Payment Plan?

On a property page, open the "Brochure, Floor Plan & Payment Plan" section and click the document you want. A form will ask for your name, email, and phone. After submitting, the document will open or download in a new tab.

How do I save properties I like?

Log in and click the heart (wishlist) icon on any listing. Saved properties appear under "My Favorites" in your account so you can compare and contact later.

Why is my listing pending or not visible?

New listings are often reviewed by the admin before going live. Check your listing status under "My Properties". If it stays pending, contact support or check your email for any message from the site.

Can I edit or delete my listing after posting?

Yes. Go to "My Properties", open the listing, and use Edit to change details or Delete to remove it. Edits may be reviewed again depending on site settings.

What is the difference between Residential and Commercial?

Residential listings are for homes, apartments, and living spaces (sale/rent). Commercial listings are for offices, shops, warehouses, and other business-use properties.

How do I report a wrong or fake listing?

Use the Contact or Feedback option in the site footer or contact the admin with the listing ID and reason. We take reports seriously and may hide or remove listings that violate our policies.
